Maintenance: "3DM Support Plan"
In this service program, your 3D printer receives (preventive) maintenance at your location twice a year. The printer is checked for its general operation and we perform quality control as prescribed by the manufacturer. Your printer is checked at all essential points such as drive mechanisms, print head and parts to be replaced.
In addition, the following activities are carried out:
The x, y and z axes are lubricated with grease or oil (Ultimaker).
The functions in the display and cables are checked for proper functioning.
The device is cleaned and optically checked for damage and / or defects.
The replacement of wear parts is included in the subscription costs. Also nozzles and wear parts of the printhead if filaments resp. resins are used in accordance with the recommendation of 3D Maastricht BV.
Operational Swap
If we foresee your Ultimaker will not be operational within 2 days, we will bring a replacement printer.
Support by phone or mail:
You are entitled to support during office hours. It concerns technical support on the operation of the 3D printer (hardware and operational software). The subscription is for a period of 12 months, ends automatically and starts at the moment that the payment is received by 3D Maastricht BV. For the maintenance visits twice a year you do not pay any call-out costs in the Maastricht region and surroundings within a radius of 55 km. For every other visit the call-out costs are € 45, - + € 0.39 per km per time, calculated from location 3D Maastricht to your location vice versa.
